As I watch Wednesday night basketball tonight I am watching a meaningless college basketball game. There’s nothing on the line. It’s not March. It’s not even a conference game. And yet I’m captivated. Bob Knight will always be remembered for his press conferences and tirades. But what many people will never fully appreciate is how good of a teacher Bob Knight is. Especially at the game of basketball. The man knows the game inside and out and sees all the subtle nuances that turns a good team into a great team. But let’s be honest: no matter how good of a coach or teacher Bob Knight is……. we will never grow weary of his tirades.
